LOL! True to some extent because almost 80% of those "honkers" are none-kuwaitis. Still funny as *s-word* xD
in fact i tried this once at the airport ... i was picking someone up and was stuck in a gridlock infront of the departure terminal. I saw him and told him on the phone to go the the car that will honk in a few secs. I honked and then the concert started ... loooool
Guess they thought i wanted to break a conversation with them ... :P
LOL! Ok ok I will admit we do that too!
But DON'T try that in "Restaurants Street" in Salmiya... It'll take them several days to stop! :D
