A great way of getting traffic to your site is by having your readers digg your post!
Blogger doesn't let you add Java Script in your post or anywhere, but this is the only way to get a button with script from digg.
As you can see in this post, there is a workaround for this.

you mean when submitting the site?
not really ... but you do not need to have the toolbar installed and stuff ... :)
